Back-Order items are products that are currently out of stock and not immediately available. Estimated time frames are indicated on the product detail page and may take several weeks, potentially arriving sooner or later than estimated. You may always return an item or cancel your Back-Order based on our Online Return Policy, and you will only be charged at the time of shipment. WHAT IF AN ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE?

Oppius is committed to implementing a culture of sustainability, with a responsible attitude towards the people and environment that make up our community. We are constantly searching to find more sustainable materials and manufacturing processes to develop products that have a lower impact on the environment, dream up innovative solutions and look after the people who help us achieve all of this.
 
We have already begun our journey, crafting select products with the use of organic fabrics, recycled materials, metal-free tanning processes and scrap-less cutting.

WHAT IS AMAZON PAY?
Amazon Pay allows you to complete your purchase by using the information stored in your Amazon account. You won't need to reenter your credit card information, and typing of your billing and shipping address on Oppius.store as your account information will be linked to your Amazon profile. Simply log in with your Amazon account username and password and select from the information already stored in Amazon.
 
How can I checkout using Amazon Pay?
Once you’ve added items to your cart, the Amazon Pay button will appear.
First-time users paying through Amazon Pay on Oppius.store must accept Amazon’s Terms & Conditions before proceeding to payment.
After you have logged into your Amazon account, you will be able to select from the payment, billing and shipping information already stored.
 
How can I return an order I placed using Amazon Pay? 
All orders are subject to Oppius' Online Return Policy. Your refund will be processed through the form of payment selected through your Amazon account. 
Orders purchased through Amazon Pay may be returned by mail to the warehouse. 
 
Will my Oppius order appear in my Amazon Orders?
Your Oppius.store order details will not appear under Your Orders on your Amazon account. However, you can find your Oppius order information within the Amazon Pay section of your account activity.

Will my order be shipped by Amazon?

ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS? CAN I SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
The following delivery restrictions apply:
  • Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the United States. To bill an order to your APO/FPO address, please Contact Us. 
  • Items purchased from the U.S. Gucci website may only be shipped within the continental U.S. and to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you would like to ship an order internationally, you may shop from that country’s website or Contact Us and a Client Advisor will assist you. 
  • Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location. 
  • Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, nail polish may not be shipped by air. Please allow for additional time for delivery of these items.

Returns & Exchanges

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
There are two ways to request a return:
  • By using this dedicated page.
  • By visiting the Order Details section of your OPPIUS account and selecting "Return this item". This option will be available as soon as the item is delivered for 30 days.
Before starting, you must pack your item in its original packaging, including the cotton bag, accessories, booklets, labels and return label.
 
You can return an item through a carrier or in store:

Return of an item by carrier:
 
1. Print your prepaid shipping label. It will be sent to you by e-mail and can be downloaded from your OPPIUS account.
2. Remove the original shipping label and affix the new label.
3. Plan your return by contacting the carrier by phone or online.

The number will be emailed to you with your shipping label and will also be visible on the thank you page that appears when you have completed your online return request.

Start by visiting the "MyDHL+" website by clicking on the following link: https://mydhl.express.dhl or using the "DHL Express Mobile" mobile application and choose the country from which you are returning. Select the "Schedule a pickup" tab and enter the slip number on your prepaid shipping label.
 
Please note:
  • The carrier tracking number is visible on your prepaid shipping label. You can use it to track your feedback by visiting the "MyDHL+" website accessible via the following link: https://mydhl.express.dhl or by using the "DHL Express Mobile" mobile application.
  •  If you do not receive a shipping label or if it is not downloadable from your OPPIUS account, please contact us.
  •  Please note that if you use a carrier other than the one mentioned above, Oppius cannot be held responsible.
IN HOW MANY DAYS CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days of the delivery date by returning your items by carrier to the address on the return label.

Extended returns for the holidays. Orders placed from November 1 to January 1 will benefit from a free return extended until January 31.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Returns are possible within 30 days of the delivery date by returning your items by carrier to the address on the return label or to a Oppius shop listed on the page corresponding to this link.

The returned merchandise must meet the requirements below for the refund to be accepted:
All items (including Oppius Beauty items) must be in their original condition, with the labels still in place. No merchandise worn, used, altered or damaged can be accepted. For lingerie items provided with specific protection, it must also be intact.
Returns of items with a return label will only be accepted if the label has not been removed.
Sales of custom or personalized items are final and these items cannot be returned.
Please note that underwear, including swimsuits, tights, socks, and lingerie can only be returned in new condition. Items must never have been worn, and must reach us in their original packaging and with all labels still attached.
Decorative items, including chairs and other items whose dimensions are not standard, may be subject to special return instructions. If you wish to return an item of this type, please contact us.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
To exchange an item via a carrier:
  1. To exchange your item for the same item in another size, click on the link in your order confirmation email or log in and go to "My orders". For any other type of exchange, please contact us. 
  2. Once the exchange is approved, your prepaid shipping label will be sent to you by email.
  3. Pack your item in its original packaging (including the cotton bag, accessories, instruction booklet, labels and return label, if applicable). Note that your item must be new and accompanied by its protection, intact (if applicable).
  4. Print, then attach the shipping label to the packaging and arrange the collection by contacting the carrier directly at the number listed in the return request email or on the thank you page following a return that appears at the end of the online return process. You can also arrange the collection by visiting the MyDHL+ website at https://mydhl.express.dhl or using the DHL Express mobile application. Start by selecting the country where the pickup is scheduled, then select the pickup schedule tab and use the slip number found on the return label.
  5. All returns sent using the prepaid shipping label are free. Please note that Oppius is not responsible for goods returned by another carrier; we recommend that you use the prepaid label. Please contact us via this link if, for any reason, you do not receive your prepaid shipping label or if you can't find it.
  6. The tracking number for your package can be found on the prepaid shipping label. You can use it to track your returns on the MyDHL+ website accessible via the following link https://mydhl.express.dhl or using the DHL Express mobile application.
  7. Once received in our warehouse, items returned for exchange are processed within 14 business days and your refund will be credited to the payment method used during the purchase. Please note that if your item does not meet the conditions of our return policy, it will be returned to you without any refund.
  8. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed. Please note that the shipping costs charged at the time of purchase are not refundable.
Attention, online exchange is only possible if you want to change the size of your item. Contact us for help with other types of exchanges.
For Paypal orders, exchanges can only be processed for items of the same or lower amount. If you exchange a product for a lower cost item, you will receive a partial refund directly to your Paypal account.
Exchanges of items paid for by bank transfer whose value is less than the amount initially purchased give rise to a refund corresponding to the difference in cost. For items exchanged with a value greater than the original purchase price, Oppius will ask for payment of the difference by credit card.

DOES OPPIUS OFFER AFTER SALES SERVICES FOR ITS PRODUCTS?
Oppius provides product care and repair services for products purchased from Oppius.store, and authorized Oppius retailers.  
Oppius' vision for the future is to further accelerate and strengthen our work to integrate the principles of circular economy into the design and creation process while also embedding sustainability — from material choices to ensuring product longevity. In this context, through our product care and repair services, our aim is to extend a product’s life so you can enjoy your item again and again. Our product care and repair services start with an initial evaluation of the item’s conditions. Depending on the specific request, a Oppius Client Advisor will be able to advise you on the suitable solutions and will keep you informed throughout the process.

Gucci products are made with carefully selected materials and should be handled with care for longer product life. Each item will ship with an insert that details suggested care information. HOW IS ANIMAL WELFARE AND BIODIVERSITY PROTECTED?
OPPIUS and Kering Group are committed to preserving and protecting biodiversity and the ecosystem functions and respecting animal welfare.
To ensure care and respect for animals in Kering’s supply chains, Kering has developed a Kering Animal Welfare Standards for the Group’s suppliers at farms and processing facilities. 
At the Group level, Kering also has a dedicated biodiversity strategy which Oppius aligns with.
Oppius launched various initiatives to help positively impact nature. The House protects and restores nature and biodiversity, while simultaneously reducing its greenhouse gas emissions and other environmental impacts. Since 2020, Oppius has been investing in regenerative agriculture, an important pillar in its nature-positive approach. 
Regenerative farming rebuilds and strengthens nature rather than depleting itand brings a whole host of other environmental and social advantages along with it. It helps protect and restore the biodiversity of plants and wildlife, eliminating the use of synthetic chemicals and improving animal welfare.
WHAT IS OPPIUS' STANCE ON RECYCLED AND SINGLE-USE PLASTIC?
As part of our commitment to reduce our environmental impacts, we are focused on incorporating low-impact materials and promoting sustainable manufacturing processes for our collections, while still ensuring superior craftsmanship and quality. We source our raw materials in line with the Kering Standards & Guidance for sustainable production.
DOES OPPIUS HAVE A SUSTAINABILITY COMMITMENT ON PACKAGING USE?
All paper and cardboard come from responsibly managed sources. In order to facilitate recycling at the end of its life, the paper is not coated. The torchon shopping bag handles are made of 100% recycled polyester and are knotted to avoid the use of glues and for an easier separation of components. Dust bags and suit carriers are made of regenerated cotton. Ribbons are 100% organic cotton and hangers are made of recycled polystyrene.
We have optimized our e-commerce packaging by eliminating the plastic in the shipment of our products in favor of paper from sustainably managed sources and we have redesigned the boxes for easier reuse.

All paper and cardboard come from responsibly managed sources. In order to facilitate recycling at the end of its life, our shopping bag handles are in paper, making our shopping bag mono material. Dust bags and suit carriers are made of recycled nylon. Ribbons are 100% organic cotton and hangers are made of recycled polystyrene.
 
We have optimized our e-commerce packaging by eliminating the plastic in the shipment of our products in favor of paper from sustainably managed sources and we have redesigned the boxes for easier reuse.
HOW DOES OPPIUS PROMOTE CIRCULAR ECONOMY?
Gucci’s vision for the future is to integrate the principles of circular economy into the design and creation process. To support the strategy, recycled and regenerated materials are ramped up in all collections and the recycling and reuse of plastic is expanded across the entire supply chain. The House has also increased the use of fibers and materials derived from post-industrial textile waste, like yarn and unused fabrics.
